New Monami office hub: new colors and shapes on Europaallee
The new Monami office hub brings colors and shapes for creativity. For the up-and-coming PR agency Monami, we are planning a new office hub for 25 employees in a former retirement home at Lagerstrasse 119 on Europaallee. The entire property, which used to be a retirement home, will be converted for interim use by real estate innovator Immobilienkosmos for the next five years. New office space is being created on the upper floors, as well as a restaurant and an audio studio.
A spacious and creative workspace of over 400 square meters is being created in a former ward of the retirement home. It will support the agency in creating its content in all colors and forms, be it social media, strategy, consulting or campaigns.
The signage in the office space is based on the Monami colors. For this commission, Raumtakt is faithfully following the philosophy of the circular economy: components, lights and glass are to be reused in the design concept. In this way, Raumtakt aims to promote circular construction while conserving resources and ensuring efficient project management.
The demolition work was carried out by Team Ariha AG, the painting and furniture installation work is being carried out by my brother, Andreas Müller, the sanitary adaptations by Metis Gebäudetechnik AG and the electrical work by our long-standing business partner Reich & Nievergelt AG from Zurich.
