For the hotel guest of tomorrow, leisure and work are becoming increasingly intertwined. For the guest of the future, the "Destination Me" counts more than the place where they actually spend their vacation. The hotel will become a multiple destination with a wide variety of niche markets. Consumers are constantly on the lookout for differentiated experiences. Hotels will have to meet this need in the future.

With an interdisciplinary project team, we are developing a technologically advanced hotel room prototype with a highly optimized building automation system.
