Raumtakt article in the Handelszeitung about "Better conversion than new build"
Architecture, interior design, interior design - these areas can no longer be clearly distinguished and are increasingly merging in today's requirements for construction projects. In Switzerland, the starting point for homeowners often depends on the question of whether the house should be demolished and a new replacement built - or whether a conversion makes more sense.

More and more investors are taking environmental and social compatibility criteria as well as good corporate governance into account in their investment decisions. The internationally active AQ Investment AG is no exception. Sustainability was also taken into account when renovating the Swiss site in Zurich. Rüegg-Naegeli supplied suitable, sustainable and locally produced office furniture for the interior design of Raumtakt GmbH.

The best digital platforms for real estate management
We've all been there: when viewing an apartment, prospective tenants have to fill in and submit a form with their occupation and income details. At the next viewing, the same thing happens again: another new form, sometimes on paper, sometimes as a web application. Once the form had been submitted, the data was usually lost and you had to start all over again.

Old becomes new - Online article from Credit Suisse with published Raumtakt projects
Buying an old building - beware of these seven cost traps. Cheap old buildings are sought-after properties. Nevertheless, it is important to take a close look at older houses in particular and not to sign a contract prematurely despite time pressure.
Old buildings offer a lot of potential that needs to be discovered. The before-and-after pictures of two conversion projects in Zurich and Küsnacht ZH prove that older houses can be transformed into dream homes.
Completion of the core renovation/conversion project in Küsnacht on Lake Zurich
The brief for the conversion of the two-family house in Küsnacht was clearly defined from the outset: The client wanted to convert the house from a two-family home to a single-family home with a core renovation. The aim was to make it modern and environmentally friendly without completely losing its original character. "However, the ecological aspect was also particularly important during the conversion," says Stefan Müller from the Raumtakt architecture firm.

How can buildings be used in an energy-efficient way?
Buildings still require a lot of energy and cause high emissions. This can be reduced with an energy-efficient renovation. But what is the best way to invest in which building?

Pre-project phase for an extension and core renovation
We are currently working on a preliminary project for the core renovation and extension of a detached house in the municipality of Horgen on Lake Zurich. A driveway leads to the property, which is surrounded by trees and is oriented to the side and adjacent to an agricultural zone. This allows a beautiful view through the conifers in front of the property.

With innovative approaches, cloud solutions are now gaining ground in the construction and real estate industry. They are having a positive impact on efficiency and increasing quality in the industry.
